Question for P90X3 users...

I have been working with P90X3 since January of this year and have cut my body fat % down (if i measured accurately 23% to 7%) and I have good definition in all areas of my body including my abs...however it appears a majority of my body fat holds up in my ab area and while i do have good definition I would like to cut and make it tighter. Since I started I have gradually lost body fat and developed defined abs but now it seems that I'm in a Plato with my fat lose. I'm looking for any help related to tightening up my ab section and removing that fat from that area if possible, should i be lowering my fat intake? I eat natural, whole, grain/wheat foods at 40/30/30. I weight about 145 at 5'7" and calorie intake about about 2100 a day +/- Any help/insight would be appreciated.
Trust me I'm not complaining I'm just looking to get where I want or at least like to be
Thanks in advance
