*insert catchy title*

Hi from London!

I'm new to this app...but so far its been great. I am trying to eat healthier and also try to exercise regularly. This app has been great for the first part but not so much for the second :/

No matter what I do, I can't seem to maintain the exercise for long. Any advice, support or motivation would be greatly appreciated!

Oh also, I have no friends on here lol (I'm still getting used to this app).

    Is there any way you can fit it into your everyday life? I cycle commute now, it's a great way to get exercise in regularly and saves money as a bonus.
    Other than that, I think the key is to find something you enjoy so that you'll do it because you want to, not because you have to. Tennis, squash, helping out by walking dogs at a rescue centre...anything you can think of that you might enjoy.

    Thanks for the suggestions...I completely agree that it has to be something I enjoy doing.

    I enjoy walking, dancing, yoga and boxing; it's just hard to incorporate it into my busy schedule...

    But I'll try take a leaf out of your book and walk to places instead of getting the bus.
