Hey guys, so I'm 18 pounds down from my highest recorded weight of 168.8 pounds at 5'7". I probably made it to the 170's, but never saw that on the scale. I was looking at pictures of me at my highest weight, and wow I have changed so much already since then! I am 150.6 pounds, and feel so much better and look so much better as well! I can't believe I let myself get that out of control. I used to binge 4,000-5,000+ calorie days many times per week. I am young and have a fast metabolism so that's why I didn't gain more, but it always left me feeling sick and tired. I have lost the weight by eating less and exercising sometimes. I want to eat healthier and start working out more so I can feel even better. I'm not posting any pics because honestly I'm embarrassed about how I looked and still am kind of. When I get to my goal body, I will post pics, but I definitely have some work to do before that!

It is amazing how much a person changes when the weight goes up or down. It's always harsh to see those 'fat' pictures and you wonder how you did that to yourself. Just keep up the good work. If you feel comfortable posting later, do that - it's always nice to see before/after shots! Good job so far!!0

Congrats!
I don't even have before pics! The only time pictures are taken of me is when I tell one of my kids to do it. I finally broke down and took a couple of pics the 1st of April, but I'm still not far enough to post those as my before pics, and I had lost 20 lbs by then! I'm down 32 lbs now, since mid February, and still don't really want everyone to fully see me. It is so hard to look at those pictures! You always think, how in the world did all of that pile in there?
You're doing amazing! Congratulations!0
