Im a women On a Mission With Nothing to Lose But Weight, In January of this year i was 236 now Im 213, I did this By Grace First. I cut Out pork and Beef, I Cut out fried food and pop, I do Zumba 45 minutes m-f at 5 am, I run and down For flights a day at work no elevators, and I walk , Or Go to the gym so Im Not Playing, Now I just have to figure out why Im stuck In the 213-216 range. It urks me, So I switched from WW tools back to This. One small Thing Im not sure if Im Pregnant. Not that It would Be a Bad think I just wanted to Lose More First, We will see
