Just need to put it into words... Recently I have been having "binge-like" episodes at night (after dark), going WELL over my goal (by like 500 calories...). Tonight, however, I am motivated to change! When I have the urge to eat I am going tofill my water bottle, brush my teeth and chew some gum until bed!

Here to support anyone with the same problem :)

Isn't there a food you could have..that will fit within your calorie limit? I get hungy in the evenings too.

I sometimes eat less and save my calories for the night so I can indulge

I remember you. I hope you're doing this journey with medical supervision and support from a counselor. Good luck.

I don't binge eat. I just eat the WRONG thing. I have an insatiable sweet tooth. Been trying the water thing too. Hope it helps you.

Good for you for making the change! Just remember that it's okay to have off-days, no one is perfect but that doesn't mean that you aren't making progress! Water in replace is a good idea, they always say that it's hard to recognize thirst over hunger. Good luck, you got it! :)
