Back again

Several months ago I had lost 20 lbs using my fitness pal. My daughter became sick and was hospitalized several times. Thankfully she is well now. Since that time I have gained back 23 lbs!! I weighed today and was sick. I can't believe I let all of my hard work go to waste and gain all the weight back plus some. So here I am, determined to try this once again. I went to the store tonight and stocked up on fruits and veggies. Starting fresh tomorrow...
