To add more calories, use full fat dairy, fattier cuts of meat, whole eggs, add avo, cook in oil, add calorie dense fruit (banana) etc0 -
My breakfasts are always over 500 calories. Pancakes topped with preserves and sometimes nuts/seeds, egg whites, bacon, sausage, apple. Usually 700-800 calories.0

Oats, peanut butter, banana, bacon, eggs, brown bread, beans. Eat all of the above or a combination that suits. Breakfast can easily be closer to 1000cals on certain days0

How I make mine are mix the following;
1 scoop of whatever protein powder you have,
30 grams of oats,
half a mashed banana,
teaspoon of cinnamon,
tablespoon of milk,
one egg white (I just use the whole egg)
Mix until you have a paste.
Heat up a pan. I use coconut oil. Wait for it to melt. Turn down temperature. Put in the above mix. Cook on both sides for 2 minutes or until golden.
Top with a tablespoon of natural greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons of granola and berries with the other half of the banana on the side.0 -
