Creating new food

Hi please can someone point me to a guide to adding a food to the database using the nv per 100g so that it gives the 1g option when adding the food to the diary.

    Enter "100 g" in the field "Serving Size". And then enter something in "Servings per container: (about)".

    ^^^ This. And when you're done, the 1 gr option will show up from a drop down menu. :)
