Low cal puddings

hi , anyone got any low cal/fat pudding ideas . It's almost like as soon as I finish a meal I crave something sweet . I don't want to eat crap as this is going to be a complete lifestyle change for me so want to get used to eating the right things . Anyone got any ideas ??

    Try the fat free Jello pudding cups or the fat free chocolate snacks pack cups, they don't have any hydrogenated oils and they run about 60-100 calories per cup.

    I think the OP is referring to desserts in general, not what we Americans call pudding. In the UK and some other parts of the world, as well as our home with a Scots husband, a pudding is dessert.

    Jellied real fruit (fresh or canned, with its own syrup) is just as easy to prepare as commercial mixes and infinitely tastier. You can add cinnamon or other spices to it too. Definitely liw-cal, low-fat.

    But fir me personally, the best low-calorie dessert is a small amount of a high-calorie dessert :)
