I have been having a smoothie most days for lunch. I usually have a small banana, strawberries or blueberries, Greek plain yogurt and a tbsp. of peanut butter for protein. I does seem to hold me over until about 3 pm and then I have a package of almonds for a snack.
I went to a nutritionist and she said the Greek yogurt is higher in protein.
I have also had a smoothie with the Greek yogurt and a small can of apricots. They come in syrup but I wash them off first. I always add ice to the smoothie.

My husband makes ours with 1 banana, 1 fuji apple, about 2 cups of frozen fresh strawberries, and a couple handfuls of baby spinach. Just enough water to make it blend and voila! Yum! Even if not beautiful to look at.0

I've been making a protein shake/smoothie for the wife and I after working out in the mornings.
Makes 2 servings
1/2 cup frozen berry mix (blueberry, strawberry, raspberry)
1/2 cup greek yogurt
2 scoops protein powder (chocolate)
1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
about a cup of crushed ice
comes in right about 300 calories per serving and like 50g of protein
I also like to add bananas to mine and sometimes chia seeds.0 -

That smoothie sounds good. I don't like spinach so this would be a good way for me to eat it!0
