Everything Hurts!

I do around an hour of cardio and then another hour and a half of super relaxed exercises like walking or cycling outside. I always feel really good mentally afterwards but I ache really bad and it is getting harder and harder to do my exercise. I'm not really doing that much every day, so I don't know why I feel so bad. Do I change my exercise routine or just carry on until it gets easier?

That sounds like a lot to me! For me, the thing that helped with muscle pain after a workout is to make sure I get a really good warm up and cool down. I have a protein shake or a high protein meal straight after a workout and have a really cold shower. Are you getting enough rest? Rest days are really important for muscle repair.0

How about listening to your body.
Fuel and hydrate properly. take proper rest.
You could be overtraining or you could be ill. It might just be doms.
Look after yourself or you will get into bigger trouble.0
