I was doing so well. I lost 10lbs practically starving myself for a month. Then I slowly had one cheat meal which became two.. and slowly but surely a month of cheat meals. Now I am gaining it all back. I am so busy with work that I am looking for an easy eating plan. One that does not involve hours in kitchen with simple ingredients. How do I stop yo yo dieting and finally get in control of my eating habits?
