Which exercises u recomend me to start with?

Hi, i'm at the beggining of my journey. I downloaded some fitness programs like : brazil butt lift, shaun t rockin body, insanity max 30, t25, turbo fire. I think that my weight it's an important factor in choosing the right program to start. I weigh 210 pounds (95 kg) and 5'7 (1,70). shame on me.

    Pick the one that isn't too difficult and you will stick to. Also, I recommend doing regular resistance training and eating a good amount of protein to retain your muscle while losing weight.

    when I started back into fitness, I pretty much just walked a lot...

    do whatever you think you will do on a consistent basis.

    Walking and swimming are good, and lie impact.

    t25 is supposed to be good and has modifications
