Never get discouraged because you gain some weight during a weigh in. This is my chart and it shows how a body fluctuates each week even when my daily routine stays the same. Just stick with it and never give up this journey. The Grand Canyon was made gradually; not overnight.

I'd also throw in, "keeping it up", gives us a great a great snap shot of our health, good or bad. And, can show the big picture if you have any concerns.0
