Getting back on track!!

I need some help guys! I've started an extremely grueling manual labor job, therefore I have been gaining a lot of muscle. However I feel I've been using the calorie burn as an excuse to eat whatever the hell I want. I need to stay at 1,300 to 1,410 a day! I'm trying to get back control of my snacking, as I was doing good for a long while. I also want to start eating more healthy! I need motitvation.
