In 40 minutes I'm out the door...

I'm out the door in 40 minutes to get some exercise in. Will most likely be a slow jog (the only kind I can do right now!) or it might be a long walk. Thinking I might inflate the tires on my bike and take a ride. Dunno what I'm gonna do yet, but I'm leaving my house in 40 minutes to get it done. What about you?

Can you be ready to leave in 40 minutes and we'll do it together??

Yes I did! I went for a slow jog. Total distance 4.23 miles, 1hr, 12m, 58s. (Doesn't include warm up, cool down, or hill drills). Average speed was 3.5mph, average rate of 17.3 min per mile, and I burned 553 kcals. Took a shower, having lunch, wondering if my body will let me do it again tonight!

Well done. For some reason I had a nagging doubt that you was not going to do it lol! Well done for proving me wrong. I would have tonight off, 5 miles is a good solid effort and go again tomorrow.

I was seriously thinking about just being a slug today. But I won't get to my goal if I let myself slug off, so I had to go! I will probably just go for a walk later, maybe some yoga from Youtube. Glad I was able to prove you wrong...that made my day!

Well done! Give your body a chance to recover tonight and plan out your next bit of exercise!

Getting new shoes tonight so I'm not sure how to plan for tomorrow. Would love to do a repeat of today though, with better time or increased distance :D

Good work but only do it once today. If you want to get more exercise either go for a walk or inflate those tires and ride, but DON'T jog again.
