Healthy meals

I'm having trouble actually eating healthy and fulfilling meals. I snack a lot, and the snacks aren't necessarily healthy. These habits are making it hard for me to keep the weight I lost off. Any help would be very appreciated.

I highly recommend any good cookbook and just start cooking. If you're not a cook, a great start is called The Around The World Cooking for Kids. Everything has like 5 ingredients. It's delicious. It's healthy (except the desserts, but hey, they're desserts and delicious). And most things you cook are healthier than stuff you eat out or cook from a box.
