Hello, I'm Tasha and from NYC. I'm 32 and I've been battling with my weight for years. I'm now 322. I did lose some weight, but this weekend, I didn't do too good. I shouldn't be beating
myself up, but I am. Shouldn't start on a bad note, but yes I'm trying to lose 20 pounds before next year. I don't like my bootcamp I join, but doing it for my best friend. I do like the gym and wish I can just stick to what I'm doing... I know, what is she talking about lol. My battle with weigh and my mind. What I love to do when I'm working out is the arc at planet fitness, dancing and zumba. I don't like bootcamp to be honest. Dude always changing stuff. I did lose alot of weight by going to the gym 4 days a week, just dance on the wii and eating before a current time. That was easy and better for me. I used to be 350 pounds and have a goal to lose a pound every week. I know there's challenges, but I rather embrace them, then put it to the side. Thanks for letting me get it out and hope to make some friends on here.

Hey there! You've done great and I hope I can get out there as much as you. Do you live close to your gym? If it's hard doing boot camp maybe your friend will join you at Zumba too?0

I was in boot camp for a couple months and I did not see any results so I got out. You need to do what you want to do that will keep you motived. I was 320 when I stared and some days I really work hard on my motivation I am not going to let anything get the better of me until I am at my goal. Keep up the good work0

Don't do the boot camp if you don't like it. I can't stand that boot camp type of stuff either so I just do the things that I like and its working. Do what works for you, if you don't you won't put 100% of yourself into it.
And seriously, great job getting down to 322! Really all you need to do to lose weight is eat less than you burn. The exercise is more for health benefits than weight loss. These threads really help me on my weight loss journey:

You don't have to read the whole thread, just the first posts of each has such great information.0
