i started about a month ago and weight 255 and now today i weight myself and im standing at 244 pounds. I feel good but just need to get down to the 200 or around 190

Keep up the great work. Consistency is key. Goal is yours, go get it. Truly time will fly and you'll feel better and better every step of the way there. Keep things fresh and interesting. Try a few new things every few weeks to freshen up your plan. Some new veggies, new exercise. Just a little something new every now and then works. Great job and enjoy the ride to goal.0
