I am a teacher and will be off for the next couple of months. I will be doing lots of working out (and logging it in mfp) but other than that...reading, relaxing at the pool, light cleaning, ect. Should I change my activity level to sedentary since I will not be on my feet all day working? Any other teachers do something similar as far as calorie/activity goals?
And thanks ahead for any friendly advice...

I probably would set it to sedentary. Or if you're actively losing you can leave it the same and see if your weightloss stops and readjust accordingly.0

Probably should change it to sedentary (although I work at a school and a lot of teachers there are very sedentary- never leave their desk).0
