I’ve set 173 lbs as my goal weight and I’ve been hovering around that weight for the past two months. I’ve weighed myself every day and I’ve also carefully tracked my caloric intake during this period. My next task is to average those weights and my caloric intakes to come up with an average caloric intake for this goal weight range. This would be my new caloric level for maintenance.
Now that I’ve hit my goal weight, my future goals will be a reduction of BF by 2% and a reduction in my waist measurement by 2 inches. If I’m lucky, hitting one goal should get me close to achieving the other.

I'll re-evaluate GW once I get there. Working out with a personal trainer weekly, and hitting 3-4 cardio classes a week. Hopefully I can drop 1/2 lb a week going forward.1 -

Not happy with the level of body fat I've got but still researching what to do next really. If I lose much more weight I'm going to look too thin but I want abs ect I've never got so close before. I've started lifting now and going to keep eating at a slight deficit but with plenty of protein and see what happens in the next couple of months.
This is pretty much where I'm at too! I could handle to lose another 10 pounds in certain places but I'm happy where I'm at in others...I think I need to start a weight regimen but I really don't know where to start1
