Started using Zen Labs 10k trainer and the PF 30 min circuit. Been working out for two weeks now. No results yet but it's a good start.

Good luck! I find the first couple weeks it is tough to really gauge results. Your body, remember, wants to remain the same. So it takes a good month or so before it gets the picture that you want it to change! Keep at it!0

I started at 202 and ended up at 135.:-) just keep going and don't give up. You can do it!0
