Suggestions for getting back in after weird illness/injury

Couple weeks ago, I did something to my back/pelvis. Excruciating pain. Whatever, it's gone now - thank Christ. On top of the back/pelvis pain, I found myself without an appetite. I'm struggling to nail the MFP minimum of 1000 cals p/day. I've done it, but with difficulty. Today is the first day I've had any sort of appetite at all, but I've only managed about 300 calories since 2pm (swing shift, so that was when I woke up.) Eating makes me nauseated, not eating does too. :confounded:

Long rambly point: I miss doing my nightly hour long walk/jogs or weights even just to loosen up. But I'm afraid, because I'm not eating much right now, that I shouldn't go in and do anything.

What do you guys think? I could do a short walk? Or light weights? Yoga? I feel like a lump.

p.s. I will say that I have still been losing weight, not drastically, but my normal weekly. The only difference is that I dropped 2.8 this week instead of the average 1.8-2.3. I don't know if that's helpful / pertinent knowledge.

Oh. Well... I mean I didn't really connect the two. I have no problem getting in to a doc, I just didnt figure they were related.

I'll do that until I can get in to see her. I just figured I pulled something in my lower back and then the weird appetite thing was seperate.
