By deciding to do it, and meaning it.
Tough love: You don't decide you don't feel like brushing your teeth or bathing, do you? You don't make getting out of bed optional, I hope? Why are you treating diet and exercise any differently? They're even more vital to living a long and healthy life than good oral hygiene. Stop making it optional. There comes a point where you just have to decide you really are going to do it, and then you do it.0 -
