I've been bulking for a good two months, and I'm on the strong curves programme, but I stopped gaining weight after a while.
I stopped working out and dieting due to finals, and next week I'm finished so I'd like to start again.
I started off 48 kg and now I can't gain more than 51! My goal is 55 or whenever I like my body..
I havent seen any changes while I was on my diet.
I am skinny, but I have abit of a tummy, so I dont know how to get rid of that and gain weight in my lower body?
I feel like I'll never become thick and muscled..
Do I have to start my workout programme from the very beginning?
Here are pictures of what Im trying to go for

I'm confused. Were you bulking or dieting?
Growing an *kitten* like that will take you years, and lots of squats... And lots of food!0 -

Ok first off, if is going to take a lot more than 2 months to look like those women. It takes time - many months, even years. I bulked for 4.5 months with Strong Curves and had great progress, but I still don't look anywhere close to them. It will require many more bulk cycles plus gifted genetics.
I don't know where you are starting from physique-wise, but try to set realistic goals for yourself. Just stick with it - keep eating in surplus and do Strong Curves or another progressive lifting program. Keep in mind some fat gain will be inevitable when bulking.
Good luck
ETA: Which SC program were you doing? You don't have to start from the beginning unless you want to. You can start where you left off with a deload0 -

I don't know how much time you took off, but yea I say just start with weeks 5-9. If you feel uncomfortable with it, you can always go back to weeks 1-4 but you should be fine. Just ease up on the weights a little if need be.

Have you noticed any changes abs-wise?

Oh definitely! I didn't cut to low enough BF% to reveal them as much, but still had nice definition. My pic is from about half-way through my cut (after a month at maintenance) to give you an idea.
I did the Gorgeous Glutes (lower body) program plus upper body and no extra ab work (aside from a yoga class once a week where we did some core work).0 -

^^^pretty much the golden rule of training. Patience is the biggest part of getting in shape. Once you learn to enjoy the process, the journey is a lot easier. Happy lifting, OP!0 -
Thanks all
