Question about General Mills Kix cereal...

I have literally been researching this (for at least fifteen minutes to be exact) whether or not it is okay to eat this. Personally to me it seems like it would be an alright cereal to have as a snack if you are on a journey to health and weight loss. I mean really...A 1 1/4's cup of Kix for 110 calories with some soy or almond milk sounds pretty dang good to me! xD lol
But I would like to get your guy's opinion if you eat this or cereal in general.
So...what do you think?

I don't really eat Kix because it tastes so sugary and kind of artificial to me (and it gets soggy fast, and I'm weird about that). It isn't great for you, but it isn't bad for you either. There are a lot worse things you could be eating, and it is filling without adding a lot of calories. I think if that is something you like to eat, and you are making sure to eat healthfully for the most part, then go ahead! My personal weakness is cheerios. I just LOVE them! I don't even know why, they are just sooo yummy!0
