Hey, I'm new here!

Hi, I'm Stacy, im from Ontario Canada, just thought I'd send out a quick message! I'm just starting out here I think this site seems great for motivation and tracking. I'm still getting used to all the features, but I love that you can count how much water you drink through the day as well as your meals. I just really started using that this morning but it was totally surprising to realize how many calories and such are in the things I eat on a regular basis. If anyone has any tips or tricks for starting out that would be great, also anyone who is looking for friends to keep up with and motivated that would be awesome! :smile:
