Hungry for Change

I hate dieting. I hate feeling hungry, mood swings, cravings, low self esteem, feeling bloated, I hate it all. I hate protein powder that tastes like chocolate dirt, and I hate fat free yogurt. I hate exercising, I hate sweating, I hate getting winded, I hate huffing and puffing, I hate it, I hate it, I hate it!

I have a dream of losing about 50 pounds, and I'm going to, BUT on my own terms. I'm going to eat when I'm hungry, but I'm going to choose something healthy, colorful and from nature's garden, not something oily, sugary or processed. I'm going to move more, BUT on my own terms. I'm not going to get sore and sweaty in a gym, I'm going to take a walk in the woods, or along the lake shore. It might take some time, but I will get there.

I would love to have some fitnesspal friends help me along the way, everyone needs a support system to help tune them back in on days their goals get fuzzy.
