I am not loosing and have been doing the sane things as before. What can I do??

    Can we get some more information?

    What are your stats?
    How long has it been since you stopped losing?
    Are you logging everything you eat/drink?
    How are you determining how much you eat (food scale/measuring cups/eyeballing portions)?
    Do you eat back your exercise calories, and if so what percentage?
    How are you determining your calories burned from exercise (MFP's database/cardio machine/HRM/activity tracker)?
    Are there any outside reasons that could currently be stalling your process (sodium intake/monthly cycle)?
