Hi everyone, my neighbour gave me the name of this site as she has already lost 6lbs.

I've now got my husband onto it. We both can't believe how many calories there are in one banana!!

Hi welcome to mfp. I was the same way when I joined, I never knew how many calories I was actually consuming in one day until I started counting. It's amazing how many calories are in food we think are good for us. Good luck with your weight loss!!
