My name is Elizabeth but I go by Lizzy. I have been trying (and somewhat successfully) been trying to get fit, but I found it kind of annoying to have to document everything I ate and did on paper so I saw an article in Shape magazine about myfitnesspal, and....here we are lol. I really just want to get fit because I'm going off to college next year and I think it's a really good idea to get fit and establish a healthy lifestyle so it'll be easier to avoid the freshman 15 or stress-eating :)
