Hey all,
I have just started using My Fitness Pal last Thursday and I am really enjoying it. I have been able to track my food and exercise daily. My goal is to loose 40 pounds and have some muscle tone by the middle of October this year. good luck to everyone and together we can all reach our goals.

    Welcome! I'm in the same boat. 40 lbs to lose. Would like to do by January for a friend's wedding in Mexico. Feel free to add me :)
