MEN IN NEED OF MOTIVATION. Or women too!

so I don't have any extream weight loss pics of myself BUT I find the weight loss that my boyfriend accomplished to be very very motivating! In one year he changed his diet and exercise routine to drop the weight and build the muscle. He never used supplements or protein shakes he just ate healthy and ate a lot of natural protein rich foods, he works hard at the gym every day mostly lifting with some cardio worked it! I'm rly proud of what he's done
