Preparing to start training for my second full marathon in the fall. For my first, I was very happy with my performance race day however in the days following I was DEPLETED... iron etc. was gone. I had zero energy, was very run down and caught a virus because my immune system wasn't up to par. This time, I want to ensure I'm proactive about the nutrition and supplements. I welcome your suggestions!

Nothing you can really do that isn't just woo-science. You insult your body pretty badly doing a marathon. Not much you can really do about it except get the rest you need afterwards and don't try pushing too hard too soon.0
