I am 18 yr.old male and want to get back to my previos weight at 155. Any tips or advice would help..

Use myfitnesspal's food section and set it to lose anywhere from 0.5-2lb per week (as you close in your goal you may want to lower the deficit), log accurately using food scales, if it looks like you've burned too many calories you probably have so avoid overestimating calories burned. Follow these and you will lose.0

Eat at a sustainable deficit, hit your macro/micro goals, and lift heavy 3-4 times a week.
