i do truck jobs , sit in a truck all day. i find it very challenging, i basically put a lot of effort into packing my lunches. a lot of raw veg, fruit, nuts, water. stuff that won't spoil basically. or a small cooler is helpful. canned tuna is a life saver as well. its hard to not eat on the run, so just do everything i can to avoid eating food at gas stations. protein bars, i use to keep a box of quest bars in the back seat so i always had that as an option.1

Yep pack snacks in advance and make a lunch. Truck drivning is kind of hard so I don't know how long your stops are. You look like you are already in great shape. How long have you been a truck driver?1

I am a truck driver. Hubby and I team and are OTR for 3 months at a time. We started OPTAVIA and have found it to be very easy on the road and I am down 39.3 pounds so far!1

Not a truck driver but think this is useful and I am curious. Have not replaced my honda element that i lost last year… picturing loading a new vehicle up and being ready for anything- maybe someday longer trips- not finding anything yet and ao much texhnology. Element held anything and everything with no carpets to dirty… look foreard to more comments!0
