Motivation help needed

need to rip down a bit more so could do with any hints and tips. I go to the gym so mainly dietary help.

    I am trying to eat lean protein [4-5oz] and complex carbs/veggies every 3 hours. I drink 96oz of water a day. It has really been working for me. It's hard to stay on track, but it's worth it. I feel better and I'm losing weight fairly fast.

    Sounds good I think drinking a lot of water helps a lot.
