    900kj is 215 calories (900 divided by 4.1868), but the OP could be maybe burning that in 20 minutes if she is going all out and is obese, she never mentioned her height/weight though. But cityruss definitely has a good point, it could definitely be the wrong setting. And on top of that, still overestimating the OPs burn.

    If the Tony Little infomercials are anything to go by, I suspect they're doubling the calorie burn numbers because it uses both the arms and the legs (that's not how it works). The might even be multiplying by four, since you have for limbs.

    Weight loss is always accompanied by other inner changes because excess weight accumulation is only the end product of incongruent food attitudes, eating patterns and digestive processes. It's not the removal of weight so much as changing these processes that is the goal.
    (I know Annr just type English, but when you really understand this phrase, it will be like a AHA moment)
