Hello!

Where else can I get my protein besides meat? I realized I depend a lot on my meat intake for my protein. Any low cal, high protein snacks you know of?? Is there such a thing?

    PB is not low cal and high protein. Egg whites, non-fat greet yogurt, protein powder, Knox Gelatin.

    Protein powder/bars aren't super low-cal, but they offer a tonne of protein so they're great to include with breakfast or as a "dessert". Eggs/egg whites are probably one of the best, though! And greek yogurt is definitely a nice high-protein snack (Freeze it, then blend it with some fruit!).

    Soynuts are a pretty good snack. They aren't really nuts, just roasted soybeans. You can get them flavored or unflavored.

    Fresh soybeans (edamame) are also good, steamed with a bit of sea salt
