TDEE - % or NEAT + Exercise Cals?

Just wondering what the majority of you guys do.
I think NEAT is the right term (Basically sedentary TDEE?)
I eat TDEE - 10% but I'm thinking of doing NEAT + exercise, I've upped my exercise a bit because I'm training for a half marathon but it wasn't enough to move my activity bracket. As a result I feel like I'm starving at the end of the days that I run.

I follow what MFP recommends. Think that's basically NEAT. It's been working for me so far.0

Well, I have also been doing TDEE less a relatively modest (thought it was 10%, but my fibit says it's higher than that) cut. And, oddly enough, I just started half marathon training a couple of weeks ago. I have been STARVING all day, and was trying to figure out what to do! I haven't got an answer for you, but am definitely curious to see what kind of responses you get!0
