Hi All! New to the forum. 38 pounds down over the past couple of years through healthy eating and exercise (with the help of Shaun T's insanity workout.) ive put 10 of the 38 back on since last summer and need to shift it plus an extra 4 to reach my goal weight of 147 pounds (currently 161). I would love to do this in the next 3 months! Back at the gym and eating right, my main worry is falling off the wagon again! Any advice for keeping focused towards the end of your journey? Thanks
