Hello everyone I am 28 5'3 106 pounds. Trying to gain 20 pounds. Going good but slow so far. Started at 101 four weeks ago. Any suggestions on meal plans? Currently eating 25-2700 cal per day but want to make sure I am eating clean. Developing a Pudge although I do workout everyday for 60 minutes.

Do you track your macros? You'll gain fat but you can minimize that by keeping it low.0

And OP, are you currently lifting weights to help maximize muscle to fat ratio while gaining? And if so, are you on a structured plan?
Also, clean eating is not an actual thing (trying to understand how people define the term makes my head hurt). Eat the foods you want in portions that help you hit your goals.0 -
Hello thanks for the responses. Eating clean to me just means eating healthy. But I just ordered 10pd leg weights which should be here Saturday.
