Hi everyone!
I don't have a weight loss goal in particular, but I have goals as to the kinds of things I eat, and how much and what kind of physical activity I get. Doing things "right" is what I'm after, rather than to be a particular weight. I'm using myfitnesspal to track it all and see where/how/if I improve.
I really just want to give myself the best shot at optimal health, and reduce the risk of all of those evil diseases that claim so many people in such hideous ways.
I imagine I'll be asking for advice here and there from those who have health/fitness experience. Any and all input welcomed!
