21 day fix

Today marks day 1 of my 21 day fix journey.
I recently tried low carb and wasn't able to get past 10 lbs.
Hoping this will kick start me on my way to success.
What percentage is my pie chart supposed to be at?

    Hi Bernice,
    I set my macros to 40-30-30. I just finished 21dayfix extreme. I kept track of my food in 2 places: MFP & a spreadsheet focused on containers. 21dfx really helped me be able to manage portions and let go of foods that make it harder to reach my goals.

    Hi Bernice, I hop your first week went well! I'm in the middle of week two and loving it! Two pounds down last week. Thank you GuruRas for the macro breakdown! I've been wondering what percentages to use for protein, carbs and fats.
