Hi, it's my first day at MyFitnessPall.com and also my first day at Freeletics...hopefully between the two I can start to make some changes! Just tired of feeling sluggish and yucky. It's been a year and a half since having my 2nd - via cesarean - and I hope this will help me get back on track and feeling more energized and just better.

I'm back on here after a very stressful year in which I gained back 35lbs but I can tell you if you follow this plan and at least wasp every day (or try to) it WILL work ) Good Luck!!0
