Spinning frequency?

How often can I do a spinning class? Is 4 times per week okay or too much?

Probably too much--spinning is pretty intense. Two to three times a week is a better idea.0

All depends on the rest of your routine and what your goals are.
I do spin 2 x per week and then put at least 100 miles on my road bike. I also run about 10 - 15 miles per week and lift 2 x per week. I will be doing 3 triathlons this season.
I do one rest day per week. Most days are 90 to 120 min workouts.
Over the winter I did spin 4 x per week mixed in with several other classes and workouts.
So I am just saying your body will adapt. You should not start a regimin like this all at once. You need to work up to it.
Figure out what your goals are and work from that.
