Getting to Know each other

Hi, My name is Mahesh, and I've been to this website and app on ios before. I used to weight 386 lb in 2012; since I started to use this app/website in 2013, I went to 275. Then I stopped losing weight, and I stopped using MFP even though I used to track my foods all day.
I tried several diets to jump start my weight loss after I stopped using MFP including Atkins (which I tried up to four times and gave up because of carb restrictions and lack of energy). Then I started to eat protein bars, tried almost all of them, as I worked at Fred Meyer for 1 year-- where I spent my money on their lunches, and I tried their starbucks samples, sandwiches samples, cookies samples, as they were free-and tried to compensate it for the work I did, which was merely a four hour shift of pushing carts.
I've dared to come here again hopefully to meet my goal and motivate myself to lose weight. I've made up my mind to use the resources I have to lose weight and that's the reason I'm here. I need support and I hope community members will support my weight loss journey.
