My daily Calorie allotment changed

I noticed my birthday was wrong in my profile, it was off by about 6 months. Prior to correcting that, my daily calories started out at 1550 and after its said 1760.

What gives? I tried to put it back but it stays the same. I've manually been able to enter the 1540 number I was at and have been managing to, but any thoughts?

Thanks !

Did you change your loss per week goal?

I left it at 2 per week. Maybe since the last time I was ever in there I weighed a ton more..?

Well if anything it should give you less calories if you weigh less now. You should just eat 1760. I cut at more than 1550 when I was 135, 5'4" female.

Hmm...it's weird, but I did notice the difference is about what happens to me if I switch the gender. MFP gives me 1200, but if I say I'm a guy it jumps up to 1400. Oddly enough that's about the difference your getting.

Good catch, mine changes down by about 200 if I switch to female.. but I verified it was set to male. TY ;)
