The most hated part of my body are definitely my arms.. Any tips on how to lose arm fat properly? Thank you

Caloric deficit. You can't spot-reduce. But look into resistance training/lifting.0

Follow a progressive weight lifting programme

I hear you! Hit the weights. Eat at deficit. And hope.
That's what I'm doing. They've been shrinking, but I'm old. They'll probably always sag.0 -

Eating at a deficit means she won't build muscle. Although working out will help keep what muscle she has there so less fat is needed to come off that area until it looks better.0 -

You know as a noob she may well see some gains ...not massive but enough to make a difference as the body fat drops0 -

Well you have to shape them so weigh lift and cross fit everything aerobic that use arms like jumping jacks, circles, push ups you should be able to spot a bit0
