Arm Fat

The most hated part of my body are definitely my arms.. Any tips on how to lose arm fat properly? Thank you :)

    Caloric deficit. You can't spot-reduce. But look into resistance training/lifting.

    Eat fewer calories than you burn

    Follow a progressive weight lifting programme

    Understand that you can't spot reduce

    I don't believe you can target fat loss like that.

    Maybe work out, get some arm muscles to help tighten and tone?

    I hear you! Hit the weights. Eat at deficit. And hope.

    That's what I'm doing. They've been shrinking, but I'm old. They'll probably always sag.

    You know as a noob she may well see some gains ...not massive but enough to make a difference as the body fat drops

    to be very honest I don't know the terms hahaha but I checked it out and thank you for the advice :) I'll look into it more

    Well you have to shape them so weigh lift and cross fit everything aerobic that use arms like jumping jacks, circles, push ups you should be able to spot a bit
