maybe they can b put in the freezer? i did that 2 my swiss rolls & if i want 1 then i have 2 take 1 out & let it thaw instead of microwavin it. that way by the time it thaws i don't want 1 anymore lol. drink plenty of water & what exactly r u cravin? if it's somethin sweet then eat a sweet fruit. if it's somethin crunchy then eat somethin that's healthy but crunchy (i just had some almond nuts b/c i wanted somethin crunchy).
maybe that'll help?
maybe u can tweek the recipe so that next time ur dad makes them, he can make a healthier version of them & that way u wouldn't feel guilty if u had 1that's what i do for my brownies. i got them down to 88calories a bar. now if only i can find the recipe b/c i've moved since then
